With a great sadness that the family of Sylvia Chiasson (nee Comeau), of Nigadoo, announce her death which occurred Thursday August 5, 2010 at her residence at the age of 80.

She will be missed by her seven children

Three sons;

Michel (Diane) of Bathurst,

Dave (Edith) of Connecticut,

Alain (Diane) of Ste-Louise.

Four daughters;

Liette of Nigadoo,

Stella of Fredericton,

Pauline of Ottawa and

Carol of Nigadoo.

And her 11 grand-children;

Duane, Jeffrey, Jimmy, Joey, Jennifer, Jesse, Tiffany, Brandon, Justin, Samuel, and Larissa.

6 great grand-children;

Keegan, Madison, Sierra, Zoe, Caleb, Janika.

She will also miss by:

Her two sisters;

Donalda (Henri) Hébert and

Anita Desparois of Nigadoo.

Her brother

Clifford (Priscille) of Petit Rocher.

Many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She has gone to join her husband; Edmond Chiasson, her parents; Nicolas Comeau and Vitaline Gagnon, her brothers; Everett, Clarence and her sisters; Della and Eveline.

Sylvia loved to spend her time with the Golden Age Club of Petit Rocher, of which she served on the executive for many years and the “Stella Maris” Choir of Petit Rocher.

Visitation will start on Saturday August 7, 2010 at 7 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), Beresford.

Funeral mass will be celebrated from St-Polycarpe Church of Petit Rocher on Monday August 9, 2010 at 10 a.m.

Visiting hours are Saturday from 7 – 9 and Sunday from 2 -4 and 7 - 9.

In memory of Sylvia, a donation to a favorite charity would be appreciated by the family.
