Bathurst – Mrs. Irene Couture, 73, wife of the late Armand Couture, of East Bathurst, passed away at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst on Wednesday, November 10, 2010.
 
Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Beatrice (Couture) Boucher.
 
She was pre-deceased by her husband, Armand in 2009 and is survived by; Two sons:
Marc (Diane) of Dieppe, NB,
Marcel (Nancy) of Gatineau, QC.
Three grandchildren that she adored:  Mathieu, Eric and Magalie.
 
Five brothers;
Adrien (Bella),
Théodore (Doris),
Donald (Marie Mai),
Raymond (Lucienne) and
Armand (Colette) all of Bathurst.
Two sisters:
Catherine Henry (late Fred Kenny) and
Jeannine Frenette (late Rosaire), both of Bathurst.
Numerous nieces and nephews.
 
She was predeceased by an infant son; Paul, brothers; Howard, Roger and a sister; Jeanne.
There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday (November l5, 2010) at 11 am from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St.
