Jacqueline Neville - 86, of Bathurst, widow of the late Mark Neville formerly of Fredericton, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
 
Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Aurele and Regina (Leger) Alain.  
 
Following her move back to Bathurst in 1968, Jackie first worked at the Bank of Montreal, followed by a career teaching at the New Brunswick Community College, Bathurst during the 1970's and 1980's until her retirement in 1985.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She is survived by her son; Mark (Sheila) of Bathurst; Daughter; Jane (Paul) Michael of Charlottetown, PEI; Grandsons; Josh (Lisa); Noah (Isabelle); Justin and Alex as well as two great-grandchildren, Summer and Benjamin.  Sister-in-law; Anne Alain of Ottawa.

She was predeceased by:  Five brothers, Yvon; Edgar; Edmond; Maurice; and Adrian and one sister; Paulette Fougere.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011 at 2 PM from the Elhatton Funeral Home Chapel, 187 St. George St. (www.elhatton.com) Donations in memory of Jacqueline may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.  Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton Funeral Home.
