Bathurst - Donald Sergeant, 59, of St. Anne St., Bathurst, passed away on Friday (March 18, 2011) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Winston and Violet (Ward) Sergeant.

He is survived by his wife Mary (Hardy) Sergeant.

One sister:  Mary Ann Trusiak (Andrew) of South Tetagouche, NB

2 nephews, Peter, Michael and a niece Melanie Tursiak

The body will rest after 2 p.m. Monday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.  Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday afternoon (March 22, 2011) at 2:00 p.m. from Saint George's Anglican Church, King Ave, Bathurst.  Visiting hours are Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.  For anyone wishing to send tokens of sympathy, the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Saint George’s Anglican Church or a favorite charity.
