Moncton - Jacqueline "Jacquie" Homiak, 46, of Moncton and formerly of North Tetagouche, passed away on Friday (April 29, 2011) at the Moncton Hospital.
 
Born in Winnipeg, Man., she was the first daughter of Willard "Biff" Homiak and the late Sandra (Marner) Homiak.

Jacquie was a graduate of the Bathurst High School in 1985 and worked for a time at K-Mart in Bathurst and later with the Tim Horton's organization.

Besides her father of North Tetagouche she will be sadly missed by:

One brother, Chris Homiak (Anne) of Saint John; one sister, Vivian McIntyre (Mike) of Calgary, Alta.

A niece, Melissa; nephew, Mathieu and a great-niece Emilie.  

Several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The body will rest after 2 p.m. Thursday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.  Funeral Service will be celebrated on Friday morning (May 6, 2011) at 11 a.m. from the Funeral Home Chapel with Father Gregory Culligan officiating. Visiting hours are Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.  Donations in memory of Jacquie may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity.
