It is with great sadness our family announces the death of Stanley Winterbourne, formerly of Bathurst which occurred Thursday (July 7, 2011) at the Wireton Ontario hospital at the age of 66.
He worked at the Brunswick Mines for 30 years and retired at the age of 55. As long as we can remember he has always been on some bowling team.
 
Stan is survived by his wife Joyce Winterbourne.
 
Three sons, Steve of Toronto, Stanley of Collingwood, Mike (Annie) of Montreal; two daughters, Dawn (Trentholm) of Nova Scotia, Christine (Jeanguy) of Bathurst; five grandchildren, Crystal of Miramichi, Teejay, Dezaray, Kendal all of Nova Scotia, Clayton of Montreal; two siblings, Donna and Ken both of Ontario.
 
Stan will be sadly missed by his friends and family, but never forgotten
 
There will be no service as the cremation is being held in Ontario.
Donations in memory of Stan may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society
