Petit-Rocher, N.B. - Michel Savoie, 43, passed away suddenly at his residence on Saturday (January 14, 2012).

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Roger and Denise (Daigle) Savoie.

Besides his parents of Bathurst, he is survived by two daughters: Marcia Savoie-Caron of Nigadoo and Alexandra Savoie-Caron of Petit Rocher;

the mother of his children, Roxanne Caron of Quebec;

two sisters: Huguette Landry (Marcel) of Beresford and Carole Savoie (André Boisvert) of Quebec;

one brother, Serge of Bathurst.

Several uncles, aunts and cousins.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday afternoon (January 20, 2012) at 4 p.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst.  Donations in memory of Michel may be made to the Kidney foundation or a favorite charity.  Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
