Bathurst - Mrs. Dorina Doucet, 73, formerly of Bathurst, passed away Wednesday (December 5, 2012) at the Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Marie (Legacé) Doucet.

She is survived by two daughters: Marie Doucet St-Pierre (Alban) of Bathurst and Carole Chisholm (Peter) of Big River.

One son, Raymond (Carole Hachey) of Bathurst.

8 grandchildren, Claude, Mélanie, Natacha, Kimberly, Kelley, Amanda, Michelle, Christina. 

8 great-grandchildren: Ethan, Jacob, Sébastien, Isabelle, Nathan, Abigail, Jenica and Olivia. 

Three brothers: Gérard Doucet and  Robert Doucet (Jeannine) both of Bathurst and Donald Doucet of Montreal, Que.

Two sisters: Irene Doucet (Gloria Feehan) of Bathurst and Dorothy Forester (Richard) of Bathurst.

Several nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by a sister, Beatrice Paradis.

Dorina’s passion was her children and grandchildren.

The body will rest after 2 p.m. Friday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday morning (December 8, 2012) at 11 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst. 

Visiting hours are Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral. 

Donations in memory of Dorina may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity.
