1962 - 2015

Dunlop, N.B. - Mrs. Shirley Lagacé, 53, wife of Denis Roy, of Dunlop, passed away on Wednesday December 16, 2015, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Gordon Pitre and Ida Lagacé.

She worked at Wendy's restaurant for many years.

Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Susie (Jason Hickey) of Bathurst; one granddaughter, Grace.

One brother, Elmer Pitre of Bathurst.

One sister, Pierrette Noël of Shippagan; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister, Nancy Lagacé.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday morning December 22, 2015 at 11 a.m. from Holy Family Church, Bathurst. 

Donations in memory of Shirley may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
