1960- 2016

Bathurst – Kenneth Caissie of Sainte Anne, Glou. Co., passed away on Wednesday February 10, 2016, at the age of 55, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of late Leonard and Jeannine (Roy) Caissie.

Before his illness, Kenneth worked as a mechanic.

Besides his wife, Claudette (Larocque) Caissie, he is survived by two children: Nadia Caissie (Kevin Richard) of Bathurst and Eric (Marie-Pier) of Pont-Landry.

Two grandchildren: Xavie Maric and Eliam Pierric.

Five brothers: Gerard Caissie (Deborah) of South Tetagouche, Steven Caissie (Nicole) of Beresford, Ronald Caissie (Colette) of Sherbrooke, Qc, Raymond Caissie (Guylaine) of Thetford Mines, Qc and Michel Caissie (Chantale) of Alllardville.

Two sisters: Rosella Brideau (Gerald) of Pointe-Verte and Brenda Mercure of Bathurst.

Several nieces, nephews and several godchildren.

 The family will receive relatives and friends at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst, from 2 p.m. Tuesday February 16, 2016 until time of funeral at 4 p.m. from Our Lady of the Rosary Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. 

Donation in memory of Kenneth may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donors choice.
