Mr. Cléophas Haché husband of Majelle (Poirier) Haché, formerly of West Bathurst, passed away at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes, Bathurst, on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the age of 79. 

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Alfred and Evangeline (Melanson) Haché.

Besides his wife of Bathurst, he is survived by three children: Pierre (Nancy Grant) of Robertville, Elaine Benoit (Gaetan) of Fredericton and Eric (Chantal) of Dieppe.

Seven grandchildren: Janie, Frédéric, Kevin, Maryse, Melissa, Danika and Émilie.

Two brothers: Gilles Haché (Denise) and Claude Haché both of Bathurst.

Several nieces and nephews.

Cléophas retired after 34 year with the Fedral Government and was in the Canadian Armed Forces in his early twenties.

The family will receive family and friends at Elhatton Funeral Home Chapel (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst, Monday, February 26, 2018 at 12 noon until the funeral service at 2 p.m.

In memory of Cléophas a donation to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
