Robertville – Mrs. Thérèse Doucet, wife of the late Gilbert Doucet, formerly of Beresford, passed away Monday, June 18th 2018 at the Villa Sormany of Robertville, surrounded by her family, at the age of 90.
Born in Robertville she was the daughter of the late Adélard and Domicile (Lavigne) Haché.
She is survived by three sons: Guy (Solange), Ralph (Jasmine) both of South Tetagouche and Elmer (Julie) of Edmonton, AB. Two daughters: Sandra Bourgeois (Paul) of North Carolina and Gladys Doucet (René Daigle) of Dieppe.
Seven grandchildren: Shanie, Marc, Philippe, Chantal, Stéphanie, Kristen, Kelsey and ten great-grandchildren.
Two sisters: Josephine Boudreau (late Émile) of Robertville and Eulalie Thériault (late Didier) of Halifax, NS. Two brothers: Émile Hachey (Noëlla) of Sainte-Rosette and Wilfred Haché (Bernice) of Beresford. Several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by one brother Edgar; five sisters: Marie Anne, Jeannette, Marie Rose, Béatrice and Loyda.
Thérèse was a member of the Ladies Auxilary of the Bathurst Royal Canadian Legion.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), Beresford Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 9 a.m. until the time of funeral which will be held at 11 a.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Church, Beresford.
In memory of Thérèse, a donation to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
