It is with great sadness that the family of Marshall Ronalds announce his passing which occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital on Wednesday July 17th, 2019 at the age of 88.

He was the son of the late Robert and Alice (Moore) Ronalds.

Marshall is survived by his loving wife, Lillian, of 58 years and his devoted children Andre (Barb), Joyce (Todd), Janet (Paddy), Linda (Alistair), and Michael (Lori). He leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a brother (Harper) of Hamilton, ON.

A hard working man, Marshall was employed at the Bathurst Paper Mill for more than 30 years as well as being a part-time lobster fisherman.

A quiet, gentle soul, Marshall enjoyed spending time with family and his love of

the outdoors and animals.

Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers John and Leeman and his sister Lyla (Trites).

At Marshall's request there will be no visitation or public service. A memorial service for the family members will be held at a later date.

A special thanks to the supportive staff of the Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes and the Palliative Care Unit of the Chaleur Regional Hospital.

Donations can be made in memory of Marshall to the local SPCA, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice.
