Mrs. Marguerite Boudreau, wife of Léandar Boudreau of Nigadoo, passed away at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst on Wednesday, July 15th, 2020 at the age of 90.
Born in Nigadoo, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Alice (O’Neil) Comeau.
She is survived by ten children: Colombe Arsenault (Réjean) of Beresford, Philippe (Carol Pellerin) of Bouctouche, Hector (Rachel Arseneau) of South Tetagouche, Réjean (Suzanne Chiasson) of Bathurst, Bernard of Ottawa, Denis (Josée Dauphinais) of Ile Perrot, Qc, Yves (Lynda Lachance) of North Carolina, USA, Charles (Rita Urbishi) of Chelsea, Qc, Charline Boudreau (Michel Lavoie) of Gatineau, Qc, and Jules (Linda Comeau) of Nigadoo.
Four brothers: Father Hector Comeau of Québec, Ernest (Jeannine) and Phillip (Rosa) both of Bathurst and Daniel (Thérèse) of Nigadoo. A sister-in-law, Jacqueline of Nigadoo.
16 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by a brother, Aurèle.
Marguerite was a teacher for 35 years.
Due to the current pandemic, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. The funeral will be held at St-Polycarpe Church by invitation only.
In memory of Marguerite donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
