Bathurst – Lawrence “Larry” Lennon, 86, of the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes, formerly of West Bathurst, passed away on Sunday August 2, 2020 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Inverness, Qc, he was the son of the late George and Evelyn (Pigeon) Lennon. 

He was retired from the former Brunswick Mines and volunteered many hours at Holy Family Church. 

He was pre-deceased by his wife, Elena "Boots" (Brown) Lennon and friend, Cyrilla Doucet. 

He is survived by one son: Bob Lennon (Suzanne) of Bathurst.  

Two grandchildren; Jonathan (Mélissa) and Michelle (Jason). Three great-grandchildren: Aiden, Jaxon and Alexa.  

One sister: Shirley Racine of Quebec City, Quebec. 

Several nieces and nephews.  

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Due to the Pandemic, a private Funeral Mass will be celebrated from Holy Family Church, Bathurst. Donations in memory of Larry may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
