It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Mrs. Margaret Hachey, wife of the late Aurele Hachey, formerly of St. Patrick St., Bathurst, which occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, on Monday, September 7, 2020 at the age of 94.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Gertrude (Young) Aubie.

She is survived by four children: Wayne (Judy), Janice (Terry) Young, Marilyn (Alton) Biseau all of Bathurst and Robbie (Guylaine) of Beresford. 

Nine grandchildren: Colleen, Jordan, Kathleen, Kris, Amy, Craig, Emily, Samantha and Melissa.   Eleven great-grandchildren. 

Several nieces and nephews.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Kelly.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A private family funeral will be celebrated from Elhatton Funeral’s Home Chapel (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst, NB.

Donations in memory of Margaret may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
