Bathurst - Rhéal Chamberlain, 85, of Bathurst and formerly of Chamberlain Settlement, passed away on Saturday September 26, 2020 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. 

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Vincent and Yvonne (Lavigne) Chamberlain. 

He was retired from Canadian National Railway. 

Besides his wife, Agatha (Chamberlain) Chamberlain, he is survived by one brother, Harold Chamberlain (Barbara) of North Tetagouche. 

Five sisters: Doris Vienneau of Beresford, Michelle Miles of Moncton, Betty Anne Légacy of Shediac., Jeannette Chamberlain and Irène Chamberlain both of Bathurst.

Several nieces and nephews. 

He was pre-deceased by a brother and several sisters. 

The family will receive relatives and friends for a public visitation on Thursday October 1, 2020 from Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst, from 12 noon until 1:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from the Sacred Heart Cathedral by invitation only. Donations in memory of Rhéal may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
