It is with great sadness that the family of Trevis Knowles, of Rough Waters, husband of Léa (Mailloux) Knowles, announce his passing which occurred Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020 at his residence at the age of 54.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Jacqueline (Morrison) Girard (Nil) and the late Carl Knowles.  

Besides his wife of Rough Waters and mother of Beamsville, ON, he is survived by his children: Julia Megan Knowles (Kevin Langlais) of Beresford and James Morgan Knowles of Toronto, ON.

Three brothers: Troy Girard (Zoe) of Burlington, ON, Tyson Girard (Reyna) of Hamilton, ON, and Tyler Knowles of Clifton.  

Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins and friends. 

Trevis worked as a fisherman most of his life. 

Due to the pandemic, a private funeral by invitation only will be held from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel in Bathurst. Donations in memory of Trevis may be made to the family.
