The family of Normand Cormier, husband of the late Pauline (Boucher) Cormier, sorrowfully announce his passing following a brief illness, which occurred on Saturday February 5th, 2022 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst at the age of 91.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Leonard and Lucille (Robichaud) Cormier.

Normand is survived by his two daughters: Nancy Morton (Dave) and Patsy Louwe (Jim), both of Oshawa, Ontario; his grandchildren: Jesse, Bradley, Savannah and Ryan.

He also leaves to morn, his sister Lillian Ronalds; his brother, Romeo Cormier, both of Bathurst, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents and his wife, he is resting with his sister, Angeline and brothers: Albany, Claude and Levis.

There will be no visiting at the funeral home. A celebration of his life will be held in private with the family.

In memory of Normand, a donation maybe made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
