Edmundston - Maurice Comeau, of Edmundston and formerly of Beresford, passed away on Tuesday March 2, 2022, at the Edmundston Hospital, at the age of 65.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Albert Comeau (Viola Roy-Comeau) and the late Marie Anne (Hachey) Comeau.

Besides his father, he is survived by four siblings: Nicole Comeau and Ricky Comeau (Mélanie Doucet) both of Bathurst, Diane Vienneau (Michel) of Petit-Rocher and Marie Lise Comeau (Loay Easo) of Beresford.

Several nieces and nephews.

Besides his mother, he was pre-deceased by a sister, Sylvie Comeau.

He was very loved by all his family members and will be eternally missed by all. The family would like to thank all those who provided him with excellent care given at Résidence Mont Fort, Edmundston and at the staff of the Edmundston Hospital.

There will be no visitations at the Funeral Home. A private family service will be held from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel at a later date.
