Pointe-Verte, NB – Mrs. Solange Haché, wife of Jean-Guy Haché, of Pointe-Verte, passed away on Friday April 22, 2022, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, at the age of 65.
Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the Rina (Lagacé) Jean and the late Patrice Jean.
Besides her husband and mother of Pointe-Verte, she is survived by two daughters: Melanie Haché (François) of Madran and Natalie Gaddess (Jeff) of Quispamsis, NB.
Five grandchildren: Nicholas, Keira, Emily, Jordan, Jocelyn and Nanna to Zachary «Isaac».
One brother, Albert (Danielle) Jean of Pointe-Verte. Two sisters: Patricia Jean of Pointe-Verte and Jacqueline Jean of Lower Sackville, NS.
Godmother to Triniti, Luc and Melvin.
Several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
She was retired from Canada Post and also worked in administration for the School District 15 North.
The family will receive relatives and friends after 2 p.m. Wednesday at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), Beresford. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday May 5, 2022, at 11 a.m. from Église St-Vincent-de-Paul, Pointe-Verte. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral.
Donations in memory of Solange may be made to the Liver Foundation, Heart and Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity.
