Bathurst – It is with great sadness that the family announce the sudden passing of Mrs. Raymonde Noël, wife of the late Vincent J. Noël, of Bathurst, which occurred at her residence on Wednesday August 31st, 2022 the age of 91.

Born in Grande-Anse, she was the daughter of the late Roméo and Clara (Landry) Poirier.

She is survived by her son, Roger Vincent Noël (Stéphane Sigouin) of Brossard, QC.

One sister, Lorraine Poirier of Terrebonne, QC. Two brothers: Maurice Poirier of Dieppe and Réginald Poirier (Jeanne) of Lac Etchemin, QC.

Three sisters-in-law: Lucia Poirier of Moncton, Emma Noël of Bathurst and Anita Hartman of Neversink, New York. One brother-in-law, David Savoy of Vermont, USA.

Several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband, she was pre-deceased by three brothers: Gérald, Claude and Sténio.

There will be no visitations at the funeral home. Funeral service will be celebrated on Friday September 9, 2022, at 2 p.m. from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel, Bathurst (www.elhatton.com).

Donations in memory of Raymonde can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
