Bathurst – Mrs. Jeannette Chamberlain, wife of Arthur Chamberlain of Miramichi Road, NB passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022 at the age of 70.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Valerie (Huard) Boudreau.

Jeannette worked as a kitchen helper at the R.H.S.J. religious order in Bathurst.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two children: Julie Chamberlain (Etienne Lavoie) of Rough Waters and Denis Chamberlain (Melanie Comeau) of Bathurst. Three grandchildren: Sebastien, Mathieu and Katelyn.

Three sisters: Priscilla Soucy (Norman) of Sussex, Marcella Boudreau of Tremblay, Rose Marie Gauthier of Beresford and Geraldine Arseneau (Yvon) of Madran, as well as many nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022 at 11 a.m. from Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
