It is with heavy hearts that we, the family, announce the passing of Gerry Legacy, which occurred suddenly at his residence on Tuesday, January 31st, 2023 at the age of 57.

Born in Bathurst, he son of Donald and Yvonne (Boudreau) Legacy.

He leaves behind four brothers: Bobby (Colleen) of Bathurst, Paul Legacy of Miramichi, Marcel and Daniel (Michelle) Legacy both of Bathurst. Two sisters: Linda (Marc) of Beresford and Lisa Legacy of Bathurst.

Several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Gerry enjoyed fishing and spending time in nature. He was always willing to help others and had a heart of gold.

As per his wishes, there will be no formal funeral. A family gathering will take place at a later date.

Donations in memory of Gerry may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
