Bathurst-Constance Joncas, loving wife of John Joncas, announces her passing on Saturday, March 30, 2024 which occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst at the age of 89.

Born in Petit-Rocher, she was the daughter of the late Emile and Leonie (Godin) Roy.

Constance worked as a nurse, her smile and personality lit up a room and she was loved by everyone.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her sisters: Tonie Gammon (late Kenny) of Bathurst, NB, Jeanine Savoie (Guy) of Edmundston, NB, Doris Pecek (Louis) of Gatineau, QC, and Mariette Galvin (Jim) of Fredericton, NB; brothers, Clovis Roy (Bernice) of Petit-Rocher, NB and Charles Roy (Barbara) of Shediac, NB.

Several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held at a date and time to be announced. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
