A respected businessman in the Bathurst region, Roger began his lifetime career in the Machining and Welding industry when he opened the doors of his first business, Maritime Welding, in 1969. Throughout his life he owned and operated several businesses, most recently Eastside R.V. He appreciated spending time with his employees, many of whom worked with him for several decades and some became like family. Apart from managing his companies, Roger enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved to go for walks with Barb and their dog Rudi whenever he had the time. He also spent many years travelling with Barb across Florida, where he met many great friends from all over Canada and the US.

A special thank you to Dr. Wade for his personalized care and friendship that he gave throughout the years and to the New Brunswick Extra-Mural nurses for their care and support during his final days.

As per his wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.

Donations in memory of Roger may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Bathurst S.P.C.A. or a charity of one’s choice.
