It is with great sadness that the family of Jason Simmons, 50 of Bathurst announce his passing on Friday December 20, 2024 which occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital after a brief illness.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Julia Couture of Bathurst and the late Elmer Simmons.

Besides his mother of Bathurst, he is survived by:

A daughter, Megan Roy of Beresford.

Two sisters:

Tracy LeBlanc (Rene) of Bathurst and

Jessica Simmons (Mikey) of Guelph, Ontario.

Several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephew and cousins.
