Bathurst – Mrs. Norma Keswick wife of the late Robert Jardine Potts Keswick, passed away at the age of 92, on Monday May 9, 2016, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Eliza (Patterson) Gosnell.

She is survived by one daughter, Lynn (Dr. Paul) Steenburg of Geneva, Indiana, U.S.

Two grandchildren: Dr. Scott (Summer) Steenburg, Jennifer Nash (Jarud) and three great-grandchildren: Sophia & Sullivan Steenburg and Logan Nash.

Two brothers: Donald Gosnell (Joan) of Ormstown, QC, Hazen Gosnell (Yvonne) of Alliston, ON.

Several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two brothers: Duncan and Clair; one sister, Margaret and a great-grandson, Parker Nash.

Norma was an avid Bridge Player; member of the Bathurst Duplicate Bridge Club; former member of Gowan Brae Golf & Country Club; Bathurst Curling Club; Board of Directors for the Bathurst Figure Skating Club and the IODE.

Visitation will be held at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst, on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.  Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 2 p.m. from First United Church, St. Patrick St., Bathurst. 

Donations in memory of Norma may be made to the First United Church, West Bathurst Cemetery Fund, IWK or a charity of the donor’s choice.
