1940 - 2016

It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Liza Vienneau of Bathurst, which occurred on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital at the age of 75.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Amanda (Chamberlain) Vienneau. 

She is survived by her daughter, Monique Vienneau (Antonio) and a son, Lorne (Jeannine) both of Chamberlain Settlement.

One granddaughter, Jessica (Gino Hachey).

Two great-grandchildren: Coralie and Maxime.

Two brothers:  Charlie (Theresa) and Jean-Guy (Colette) both of Bathurst.

Seven sisters: Yvette Ponomarenko (late Nicholas) of Etobicoke, Ont., Lauza St. Hilaire (late Jean-Paul) of Mississauga, Ont., Germaine Derby (George) of Etobicoke, Ont., Edna Bremner (Clifford) of Burlington, Ont., Nancy Chamberlain (Emile), Shirley Daigle (Gilles) and Melinda Branch (Gordon) all of Bathurst.

She was predeceased by her husband, Laurent "Jos" in 2010, and three brothers: Adrien, André and Antoine.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11 am from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst. 

Donations in memory of Liza may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Kidney Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
