Lee Jr., beloved husband of Marilyn (Dobson) Nicol passed away Thursday, December 27^th at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst at the age of 68.

Besides his wife of 47 years, he will be lovingly remembered by a son Jason Lee Nicol (Julie) of Bathurst and two granddaughters: Madison and Fiona.

His brothers and sisters: Ruth Pedneault (late Jean) of Edmunston, NB, Earl Nicol (Laurina) and Kevin Nicol (Helen) both of Lower Sackville, NS, Bill Nicol (Sue) and Jimmy Nicol (Heather) both of Moncton.

Many nieces and nephews.

Lee Jr. was employed at Brunswick Mines for 39 years until his retirement.  His greatest passion was being a volunteer firefighter for the City of Bathurst and St. Anne Regional as chief training officer and deputy chief.  

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.  Funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 8th, 2019 at 2 p.m. from the Elhatton Funeral Home Chapel, St. George St.

Donations in memory of Lee Jr. can be made to the SPCA or a charity of the donor’s choice.
