Bathurst - Roger Hachey, formerly of Centennial St., Bathurst, passed away on Friday January 28, 2022, at the Foyer Note Dame de Lourdes, Bathurst, at the age of 73.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Frederick and Martina (Lanteigne) Hachey.

Roger was a retired School Bus Driver and also worked at the K. C. Irving Regional Center.

Besides his wife, Yvette (Chiasson) Hachey, he is survived by two children: Kevin Hachey (Brandy Curtis) and Renée Pitre (Josh) both of Moncton.

Three granddaughters: Adrian, Casey and Taylor.

Two brothers: Gerald Hachey of Ontario and Steven Hachey of British Columbia.

Two sisters: Diane Hachey (Robin Fortin) of Alberta and Ginette Markowski of Northwest Territories.

Several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was pre-deceased by a brother, Kenneth.

There will be no visitations or Funeral Service. Donations in memory of Roger may be made to the Diabetes Association, Parkinson Foundations, Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice.
