It is with sadden hearts we, the family, announce the passing of our dear Robert J. Doucet with his family by his side on Monday April 25th, 2022 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, at the age of 69.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late J. Léopaul and Rita Doucet.

He was the husband of Marie-May (Vienneau) Doucet and the father of Jennifer Boucher (Jeff) of Bathurst.

He was the brother of Dianne Hazell (Roland) and an uncle to Dawn Green (Steven) and Kyle Hazell and many other nieces and nephews.

He was pre-decease by his brother Danny Doucet.

We will forever remember our canoe runs upriver and his many stories of past adventures. As per his wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.

Donations in memory of Robert can be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice.
