Mrs. Velma Ronalds, 72, wife of Maxwell Ronalds, of Bridge St, Bathurst, died Thursday (October 30, 2003) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Salmon Beach, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Annie (Scott) Jago. Prior to her retirement, she worked for Home Hardware in Bathurst and was a member of the I.O.D.E. Besides her husband, Maxwell Ronalds, she is survived by: 2 Sons: Douglas Ronalds (Beatrice) of Salmon Beach, NB Donald Ronalds of Bass River, NB 2 Daughters: Gayle Ferron (Yvon) of Bathurst Carol Davidson (Eric) of Moncton Daughter-in-law: Linda Cormier of Salmon Beach 1 Sister: Edna Clouston (Murray) of Bathurst 11 Grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a son, Kenneth. The body rested at Elhatton's Funeral Home, Bathurst. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday afternoon (November 1, 2003) at 2:00 p.m. from the Funeral Home Chapel.
