Bathurst - Alexander "Allie" Kennedy, 77, of Landry Lane, Bathurst passed away on Tuesday (November 28, 2006) at the Cardiac Institute in Montreal. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Stanley and Maude (Legacy) Kennedy. He worked as a custodian in several schools in the Bathurst area. He was pre-deceased by his wife, Mathilda (Girouard) Kennedy in 1995. He is survived by: Three daughters: Suzanne O'Neil (Gary) and Nancy Dobson (Tom) both of Bathurst Helen Speer (Darren) of Moncton Seven grandchildren; Karl, Jason, Ryan, Matthew, Logan, Jared and Rylee. His special friend, Valma Roy of Beresford Two brothers: Adelard Kennedy (Madeleine) of Arvida, Que. Joseph Kennedy of Bathurst One sister: Mary Boudreau (Ben) of Bathurst Several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by brothers; Wilson, John and a sister; Edna. The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Friday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday morning (December 2, 2006) at 11:00 a.m. from Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visiting hours are Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral.
